Sitara has been unable to log into rfc here, so she asked that someone
give you this information about mark's daily apple, a paleo website.

Here's her post to rfc fb.

Hey Guys, does NotBob post on this page? I can't seem to post on the
RFC board and I wanted to give him a suggestion about his Paleo Diet.
I wanted to point him to a website. http://www.marksdailyapple.com/.

koko

p.s. I'm now paleo too.

Thanks, Koko. Sitara is Imstillmags, right?

Besides, I've already found Mark's Daily Apple. Seems he renamed
paleo to primal so he can remarket all the same crap under his own
money grubbing title. It's mostly shop, shop, shop, buy this, buy
that, etc, jes like I said. I swear ta' freakin' dog, I'm not gonna
buy a single gottdamn primal/paleo/low-carb/no-gluten/hi-protein
cookbook/ebook/diet/plan/blahblahblah....

I'm going paleo, but not getting fanatical about it. I will eat
fruit, by dog! I love almonds, too. Jes gonna eliminate all the
freakin' refined starches/carbs I love so dearly. Potato chips, wheat
thins, sammies, etc. I'll not even get into the bakery/pastry goods.
8| And beer!! OMG! Beer is jes bread in liquid form and I love it.
Fortunatly, I also love wine, so it's not like I'm becoming a monk.

My fave food, right now, is deviled ham (bwahahaha...) on celery. I'm
gonna hafta snag another ham, come Easter. ;)

You might try Neanderthin. Nothing special at all to buy.

Cheri,
There isn't anything special to buy at all to go paleo. All the
information and recipes you need, and then some are free for the
taking all over the internet.

I know. I've been low carbing for many years, but I was just responding to
the post about buy this, buy that, etc. Neanderthin allows for much more
fruit than I would eat, and also suggests a glass of wine if necessary.

When is a glass of wine necessary? I mean, hey, I'm feeling like I
could use a drink about now, but I don't know if I'd call that
"necessary."

Hey, looks like I can post now. still haven't figured out what was wrong.

I don't buy the products, but his articles are right on and he's done a great deal of good for a huge amount of people. I've benefited greatly.

Just type something you want to know about in the search box, like, for instance, flax seed oil, and you will find an article with actual research about it.

The testimonials are mind boggling.

This is my all time favorite one, I think you could relate.
