breakfast today, friday 06.28
 

I never have breakfast, at least in the sense of a meal consumed after
waking up and before leaving for work. Today I did, since yesterday I didn't
have dinner and went to the swimming pool.
Being awake half an hour in advance of my schedule, I searched the fridge
and came out with a sandwich: golfetta salami, caciottone tondo cheese, two
sunny side up eggs, spring onion, some lettuce and much maio, all piled on
half a ciabatta bread.
Drink was a tall glass (hi Andy!) of water and a little glass of thick peach
juice.
I feel a new sensation, like... I won't have lunch
