Default Yummy Slaw Recipe

Perfect for Summer cook outs.

I was at my local more upscale grocery store and in the deli they had what they called "Harvest Slaw". Looked interesting so I got some.
It's VERY good.

Here is what is in it:
Obviously the veggies are shredded fine like regular slaw.

Carrots
Red Pepper
Turnips
Brussels Sprouts
Green onion
sunflower seeds
currants
Italian parsley

it is dressed with a basic balsamic Italian type dressing.

Really good.

I'm not a big fan of turnips, but shredded and raw in this cole slaw is different.
They are crunch and sweet and add a lot.

Sounds good to me. I love raw turnips. Also love them cooked in beef stew. Not many as in one turnip for a big pot of stew works fine.
