What you should know about pork production claims
 
This is one in a series of articles that cuts through the "ad speak"
in claims about how meat and poultry is
actually raised.

If you are careful of what you buy or even care about the meat you
consume, you will be interested.
If not, don't bother to read it.

The other factor is how much taste has been lost from supermarket pork
since I was a boy.
