Default Dinner tonight

I took a can of clam meat, drained and rinsed. Added a pat of butter to
a small stir fry pan and fried the clams. Took the seasoning packet
(oriental flavor) from one of those 20 cent packages of ramen noodles
and added it to the clams. The clams instantly smelled divine with no
fishy smell. Fried a little longer and added 3 scrambled eggs and
plated. Then added water to the empty pan and made the noodles drained
and added to the plate. Liberally squirted lime juice on the noodles
then tossed with the clams and eggs. Added a handful of crunched
saltines on top and liberally applied large grain black pepper.
Excellent supper.

You?

ps more than I could eat-what is your opinion on reheating this tomorrow
as leftovers? (I tossed the rest, just wondering.)

I don't have much luck trying to reheat anything I've made using canned
clams. They get tough pretty quickly.

Canned clams in soup... okay - but why worry about how to reheat them?

We went out for Chinese for lunch although the only person who was hungry
was husband. So the rest of us just ate a few bites and I took the remains
home. This was really pretty stupid because daughter and mom ordered
exactly the same thing. Had they split an order, may not have had that to
take home. *shrugs* So... I won't be cooking on Sun. There is enough
food for husband and daughter and I'll have the rest of the Pasta Fagioli.

We went out for Mexican for dinner. I had tacos and pinto beans. Husband
and daughter had the special which was some kind of steak. Can't remember
the name. And my mom had nachos with extra cheese and waaay too much
guacamole on them.

Sounds perfect. I was not hungry, so I skipped dinner. George had 2
frozen burritos that we bought at Aldi's. Tonight, we are having pizza
and sangria. Prost!
