Mediterranean Egg-Drop Soup, Easy style
Preparation time: 5 minutes Serving size: 1 Ingredients: 1 egg 1/2 cup water 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon Feta cheese 1 tomato, diced Directions: Boil the water with the olive oil. Add the egg and lightly stir. Continue boiling for 2-3 minutes, then pour the mixture into a serving bowl. Add Feta cheese and diced tomato to the soup in the serving bowl. Mash the feta cheese to the side of the serving bowl using a spoon to dissolve the cheese into the soup. Wait a minute for the heat of the soup to warm the cheese and the tomato. Serves one. |
