Is simple sugar (glocose - C12 H22 O11) available as a dry ingredient?

You can also get the other component of sucrose (sugar): fructose.

You can get it in liquid form in light corn syrup. Just make sure
it's not the kind that's a mixture of regular corn syrup and high
fructose corn syrup. According to "The Cake Bible" to substitute corn
syrup for glucose bring 1 cup of corn syrup to a full boil. Let cool
completely and add an additional 1/2 cup of corn syrup.
