Default I tried Posole today.

We got lucky and were able to get into that taqueria. The posole came in a
huge bowl. There were huge chunks of pork in broth and some hominy. Seemed
to be more pork than hominy. Came with three folded corn tortillas that had
a little bit of filling. Seemed to be potato? Not sure. That's what they
tasted like. And there was a dish of what I think was oregano, some sort of
reddish powder, chopped jalapenos and chopped onion. I took too many of the
jalapenos! The posole in and of itself was quite spicy. And the jalapenos
were HOT! I only ate a few bites. Not for me. I think the taste of the
pork is what put me off. My mom did like it but she wouldn't eat the pork
either. We all liked whatever the little tortilla things were but I only
had a taste because there were enough carbs in the rest of my meal.

Most of the food that this place serves is spicy. The refried beans are
not. Excellent meal! Daughter and I had the tacos. They are street style
but very tiny. My mom had the gorditas like last time but didn't like them
as well. I think this is because she had them leave so much off of them
that all she had in there was chicken, cheese and cilantro.
