Default Christmas Breakfast?

Do you have a recipe for that? I had a friend for years that made something
that sounds like that every Christmas morning. It was so good but I don't
like eating early. I would love to make that for dinner sometime but she's
gone from my life now so no recipe chance from her.

I've made it too. It always comes up near the top in a google search
for Breakfast Casserole. My brother made it one time in a crock pot so
they were able to layer everything the night before Christmas and have
it ready to eat in the morning.

Thank you, MerryB. I found a recipe for this and have saved it. I'll make
it for "breakfast for dinner" sometime soon. Maybe tomorrow night. I just
need to buy some sausage tomorrow morning.
