Default The best way to eat chocolate bark, nonpariels

Chocolate bark tastes best when you have a good proportion of whatever
ingredient (e.g. nuts) with the chocolate.

The last thing you want to do is let the chocolate melt in your mouth,
eating the chocolate without the nuts.

So you should try to minimize melting. One way this could be done is by
eating bigger chunks of chocolate bark. You could also chill the chocolate I
guess, if you wrap it well.
