24 ounces ground beef 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1/2 cup milk 1 onion, diced fine 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp paprika 1 1/2 tsp celery salt 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce Soften the bread crumbs in the milk or substitute water for the milk. Squeeze out the excess fluid. Mix the beef, crumbs, milk, onion, and seasonings well. Shape into a loaf, place in a greased loaf pan. Bake at 375° for about 60 minutes. Top with the sauce for the last 5 minutes of cooking time. Sauce: 1/4 cup catsup 1 Tbsp A1 Steak Sauce 2 Tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp mustard 1 tsp honey (optional) Mix all ingredients together. |
