Default Food riddle

Harder than fudge. Softer than chocolate.
Goes well with other things, but not so good by itself.

You got it, pavane.

I was actually thinking of dipping chocolate, at room temperature. But
ganache is basically the same thing as dipping chocolate.

I make my dipping chocolate by adding some vegetable oil to chocolate. Not
very tasty.

I think dipping chocolate tastes just fine by itself.

Well, that's fair all around. Winnie P enjoys setting a good puzzle,
I enjoy a nice picture of a Pavane for a good guess, and whether
or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.

I make them out of real good dark chocolate and dip them in the best
chocolate compound coating I've found, made by chocoley.com!
