Default Chowhound: has their format changed?

I used to go to this site, I swear, for restaurant reviews, a la
tripadvisor and urbanspoon. Maybe I am navigation challenged.
Trying to find a review on a place in Palm Springs, CA.

Any other good sites for resto reviews?

Coincidentally, I was looking for something yesterday and saw
the change. Are you looking for the list of boards? It's under
the heading Chowhound Discussions.

I've never seen that except for larger cities. Otherwise, as long
as I have been checking it out, was by region.
