Default Costco organic EVOO

Not an earthshattering discovery, but... We usually buy the twin pack
of the regular Costco EVOO, but, to me, it doesn't taste olivey as
olive oil should. So I've never liked it that well as part of a salad
dressing. But, this time my wife brought home the organic twin pack,
which to me tastes comparable to the De Cecco we've been buying to
dress salads with.

This is nothing fancy, just another pan-European blend of olive oils,
packed in Italy.
