Default 2012-03-25 Lunch

Two open-faced sandwiches:

Minced about a quarter-pound of leftover grilled steak. Mixed with a
chopped hard-boiled egg, mustard, mayo, and Wickle's pickle relish. Put
mixture on top of toasted dill rye bread and topped with thinly-sliced
radishes. It was vaguely Russian.

(Wickle's pickle relish is a tart-sweet-spicy relish. I haven't found
any other commercial relish like it.)

It is a traditional dish. The hard boiled eggs taste too good with mayo.
