Default Irish-cream frosting on a sugar cookie

I put some Irish cream frosting on some sugar cookies. They were
surprisingly bland.

Or maybe not so surprising. After all, "cream" is just milk, fat, and sugar.

I've been browsing some recipes at Google Image Search. Some popular
combinations with Irish cream are coffee, chocolate, guiness, and mudslide.

I will try this next Christmas with the cookies, sounds good. French
toast, pancakes, and waffles made with Irish cream (Bailey's dairy
creamer) are delicious.

Sounds good. I've used buttermilk, but never Irish cream.

Irish cream tastes quiet plain. But they taste amazing with waffles and pancakes.
