Default Caribbean Cassava Pone

A delicious Caribbean cassava dessert you may expected but you would love.

3 cups of grated raw cassava
1 1/2 cups of grated coconut (young & fresh coconut)
1 1/2 cops of granulated sugar
1 tsp. of vanilla essence
1/2 tsp. of black pepper
3 cups of milk
2 tsp. of ground cinnamon
1/2 cup of grated pumpkin (half-ripe pumpkin)

1. Mix coconut, pumpkin and cassava.

2. Add cinnamon, black pepper, sugar and vanilla essence.

3. Finally add milk and combine thoroughly.

4. Pour mixture in a shallow greased baking pan (12?x8?x2?/standard size baking dish).

5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and bake for 60-70 minutes.
