I added some apple juice and extra chipotles to the soup when I made it; the
squash pretty much overpowered both of those flavors as the recipe was
written. Maybe the apples and chipotles were a bit too small. I cut the
recipe in half, and just finished off the last of the soup today. (It was
made on Sunday, though, so it hadn't been sitting around *too* long.)
