Recipe for mint sauce that comes with tandoori chicken?
Tried a recipe tonight that I found on one of the cooking sites. It was
too sour, and had too much cumin, and was overall a bit "rough" tasting, compared to ones I've had in Indian restaurants. Anyone have a "sweeter" recipe they'd be willing to share? Isaac |

In its simplest form. it's jes mint, parsley or cilantro, onion, and a hot pepper like a jalapeno, all pureed into a thin salsa-like sauce. Googling fer mint chutney should reveal a wealth of variations. nb |
