I have also used Amazon Prime a couple of times (both times at their "invitation"). The main thing to watch out for is that you will be charged $79.00 if you don't cancel within a month. If that happens, the amount will be charged to whatever credit card you already have on file with amazon.com for purchases at their site. It's true that credit scores would be impacted if you were applying for a new credit card. However, that is not the case with Prime, and my credit was not checked either time I used it. MaryL |
