July 4th Dinner and Smashed Potatoes
I had a pump-up oil atomizer for a while, but I chucked it when it developed a rancid odor that I couldn't get rid of. It was handy while it lasted. Do you keep your Pam can in the fridge?

Were you replying to someone you didn't bother to quote? Sqwertz never mentioned spraying anything with an oil atomizer. I can't see where one would be particularly useful so caveat emptor. (The rancid odor suggests you don't need one.) I have a couple of lovely glass oil and vinegar bottles with capped pour spouts. The olive oil bottle is particularly useful in the crashed hot potato recipe. I don't use the other one (red wine vinegar) nearly as much. The bottles are pretty, too! Jill |
