Default pork as left overs

equal parts of pork and cooked rice, half the volume of the pork in sauted
vegetables to remove the moisture, any will do, then beat an egg, mix all
well and stuff peppers, hollowed tomatoes or a large zuke, place in baking
dish and use some of the pork broth or begetable broth then baked until
"holder" is tender. you can sautee the inside of the tomatoes or zuke as
part of the vegetables.

egg rolls, steamed dumplings

also dice pork, rutabega, turnip and onion, simmer in broth, then thicken
with starch of choice and have over toast or other bread.
