Years me wife does not go with me I stop at a place on the way and have CFS. Then I chew gum the rest of the drive to push it faster through my digestive system. It helps some of the symptoms but I snore like a chain saw for a night or two alone in my hotel room. |

One more follow up. Be aware that most canned pizza and spaghetti sauces use wheat as a thickener. So you might want to make your own sauces from basic sources. -- Enjoy Life...
