Seems like you're about the only one who feels that way. A lot of
folks here seem to be falling over each other with, "Me too, me too!"
about having gluten intolerance. Of course, it's very stylish these
days to be gluten sensitive.

2 different meals meals, one my homemade fried chicken, the other

If I'm going to deliberately trigger the symptoms, my wheat poison of
choice is chicken fried steak. I have an annual trip of of town for the
state Masonic convention. Years me wife does not go with me I stop at a
place on the way and have CFS. Then I chew gum the rest of the drive to
push it faster through my digestive system. It helps some of the
symptoms but I snore like a chain saw for a night or two alone in my
hotel room.

One more follow up. Be aware that most canned pizza and spaghetti sauces
use wheat as a thickener. So you might want to make your own sauces from
basic sources.
