I don't think the ones she drinks have caffeine. No, hers doesn't. This is
what she currently drinks:

Perhaps it is more of a vitamin water than an energy drink but it is aimed
at active people.

Seems like kind of an energy free energy drink to me. Don't see that it
can cause any harm, and water is a good thing for active people. I note
that sugar is the second ingredient, but there isn't much of it.

Hmmm... I thought it was sugar free. Well, rather that than high fructose
corn syrup!
