Does Innova make a pressure cooker without the nonstick coating?
 

I've found a model that doesn't make mention of the nonstick feature on
one site but found that the Ultrex labeled version IS nonstick. I'm in
an anti-non-stick household.

I'm fairly happy with my innova stainless, did you check on amazon?
