Collard Greens Question
The greens that have been exposed to a frost seem to have a white color to
some of the leaves. It can be scraped off. Is this a bad thing? scraped it off w/no ill effects. Is this normal? |

Yes. Some collard greens are varigated in colors and being exposed to frost makes them sweeter tasting. Just wash well. The whitish stuff is probably just water and liquid from inside the leaf that froze on the surface. |
