ping sf: iron chef
 
I found the episode I was talking about...It WAS the rachel ray vs giada
de laurentis...they were teamed up with mario batali and bobby flay.
The secret ingredient was cranberry. The title of the dish was
pannetone zuppa inglese.

I found a recipe for duck tamales

Do you remember how they added cranberries to the tamales? Were they
in the filling or in the sauce?

No I don't...nothing stands out to me about that episode except for the
trifle :-(
