I'm just about done repairing an Alienware computer for my husbands
co-worker that the "Geek Squad" was unable to fix...twice. I wouldn't trust
Best Buy to tie my sneakers correctly. I sure hope you didn't pay them.

No money changed hands, because we had an extended warranty. If we
didn't have that warranty, we would have gone elsewhere.

I have no idea what "Alienware computer" means.
