Calimari/Squid cooking techniques?
I have a package of fresh frozen squid "heads" from the Thai store.
They look like just the tentacles. My favorite part. ;-) Dad has bad teeth and is worrying that they may be too tough to chew. Is there a good way to cook these and get them even remotely tender?????? I will be googling for recipes as well. TIA!
