Anybody Collect Pepsi Stuff?
I have 24 Pepsi "Reach For the Stars" 8oz paper game cups in their
original Imperial Cup Corporation plastic sleeve. The sleeve is opened and probably contained 50 cups at one time. All cups still have their peel-off game tabs intact on the bottom of the cups. No date indication other than "See vending machine poster for official rules". Vending machines that dispensed into 8oz cups must have been pretty old. I can't find any information when the "Reach for the stars" promo took place. Perhaps for the first manned moon landing in 1969? Anyone know more? I have searched the collectibles sites and posted a message to the pepsicollectibles.com forum, but none of the previous posts have any replies. I prefer Pepsi over Coke, but haven't drank either since my last bottle of rum 3-4 years ago. And thinking back, Rum and Cola is absolutely horrible anyway. They go flat as soon as you mix it with alcohol. -sw |

This was all I could find. It's not exactly old though. http://www.youngistaan.com/terms_football.php |
