Got a head start on the onions, and cooked up the 5kgs of chopped potatos,
ready to finish the potato salad off on Saturday. The onions have balsamic
vinegar on them to caramelise and give them an added sweetness that makes
them *very* yummy on a burger or steak sandwich, or just on the meat on a
plate.
The onions were done in frypans, and I've just put them in the saucepan
for convenience.
