I found it interesting "jibber jabber" in particular the background info
about how they did the "Top Chef Master" reality show (begins at 23:30)
as well as hearing his sheer reverence for the Mexican food culture.

Of course he reveres the culture; it has made him tons of money. Did you expect

Did you actually LISTEN to the interview? Or did that chip on your
shoulder get in the way.....? He certainly does touch on all your hot
button topics, yet perhaps not in the way *you* might assume.
