Default PBS n' FN have competition

Ran across dedemed on youtube while looking for falafel recipe. This
is obviously an early youtube effort:

Somewhere down the line, she's gone big-time. See the vids on her
current website:

http://www.dedemed.com/

Much more slick and professional. Like all successful celebrity
chefs, she's getting chunky, but she's still a BABE, which can't hurt.
She handles herself well and has a great video personna. Her recipes
seem to be authentic and well thought out, too. If this is what a
blog can aspire to, FN is in trouble. Go food bloggers!

and *her* recipes appear to have quality, respectability and
authenticity to them.
