Default "Use-It-Up Cookbook" - which one is better?

There seem to be two.

"Use It Up Cookbook: Creative Recipes for the Frugal Cook" by
Catherine Kitcho, 1984

"The Use-It-Up Cookbook: A Guide to Using Up Perishable Foods" by Lois
Carlson Willand, 1979.

As it happened, Amy Dacyczyn praises the latter in "The Complete
Tightwad Gazette," but Kitcho's book gets more positive reviews in
Amazon. Well, she only got a total of three.

Comments?

Lenona.

Buy both them, use both for a year or two and post back your thoughts
to us.

Sorry, no experience with either. Order both from your public library
and compare.
