But as I understand it, something less than one egg in ten thousand from the grocery store will have salmonella anyhow. That's eating one *raw* egg every day for about thirty years, to run across one baddie, since when they're properly cooked, they're safe anyhow. Bottom line: I'm not worried. Isaac |
