It's been nine years since I spent a couple of nights in Boise on
business. I didn't find the town impressive. Was taken to dinner at
a steakhouse. Utterly forgettable, average blending to mediocrity.
Did find the next day that there are several Basque restaurants in
town and would have tried one of them if the opportunity arose. Have
had Basque food in central California and really liked both the food
and the snippets of the culture. So my idea, without any specific
recommendation, is to check out the Basque places. -aem
