There are only two of us here and a batch of baklava would destroy us if he ate it before it went bad. There used to be a stand in the St.Lawrence market in Toronto were they sold baklava that sat in a big tray of honey syrup. It was amazing, but I could never eat more than a very small piece. The nuts didn't help either. I can't eat nuts anymore, so no baklava for me ;-( |
