We do this when vacationing. Also camping.

One-skillet dishes. One of my faves is ground chuck (1 lb)
browned in a skillet with onion, made heavenly with Cavender's greek
seasoning, toss in a can of plain black olives (california stuff, in
Ferrous Sulphate), drained. Boil up broad egg noodles. Serve the meat
over the noodles. Garnish w/parsley.

Make white chili. Serve with a tomato salad. Slow cooker.

Ground beef, made into taco beef. Serve in wraps.

Hearty chick-pea salad, with a lemon cumin vinaigrette.

Plenty of opportunity here.

HTH

Alex
