I think you'd have to be pretty good to drive a little white ball the
length of that path... the telephoto shrinks the distance... just that
path is 700' end to end... and you can't get much height without
hitting the trees. I got that shot this morning from my back door,
more than 800' from the geese. From my back door it's a 500 yard
drive to the edge of the green, about another 100 yards to the hole in
the center of that 4 acre field.
