I go through phases with sprouting - I'll do it for a couple of months
and then inexplicably stop. Anyway, try sprouting Fenugreek, it's as
good as anything else for sprouting!

With any luck they'll sprout! The bag I bought was specifically
packaged for sprouting, although I see no reason why they couldn't be
ground and used that way.
