Ginger Snappy Steak
Had 1 1/2 lbs top round steak...
Decided to do something a little different. Seasoned with black pepper, white pepper, Accent, a good dusting of Penzey ground ginger, a couple glugs soy sauce, a couple dashes toasted sesame oil, and pan fried in olive earl. Better than I figured, not very exciting but very tastey... even my devils liked it: http://i43.tinypic.com/2441f2o.jpg http://i39.tinypic.com/mh3c7b.jpg http://i42.tinypic.com/2ccwdn8.jpg I have more than half left for tomorrow, thinking something with fly lice. My little semi-dwarf fruit orchard is doing good; 2 apple, 2 plum... planning to add 2 pear shortly: http://i44.tinypic.com/2n1704h.jpg Texas venison: http://i42.tinypic.com/2s8qo82.jpg |

Then all you had to deal with was the toughness. > Texas venison: > http://i42.tinypic.com/2s8qo82.jpg You must have some sort of goose fetish. Those necks remind you of something? Are there soon to be some baby geese that look like you? -sw |
