Not hard at all to find it here, but we have a large Ethiopian population here (there are Ethiopian/Eritrean restaurants on almost every corner in my neighborhood, like the taco shops in San Diego), and I actually bought this last bag of it at Whole Foods. It's Bob's Red Mill brand. Serene -- "I tend to come down on the side of autonomy. The flour. I'm not sure I'd want the whole grain. How does one grind it -- in a blender? Serene -- "I tend to come down on the side of autonomy. Whole teff can be cooked up into a sort of a porridge. I haven't quite figured out the best thing to do with it. If I just substitute it for cous-cous, the result is not quite right. Plus it is expensive. Steve |

I haven't tried it, but I do use that sort of grinder for spices at times. Boron |
