Default Alt. Ritz crackers

Don't see how this fits into the Ritz cracker snob-o-rama thread :-)
so I offer a new topic ...

Cracker crusts ...

Say, for savory cheesecakes. (See, e.g., r.f.c discussions from
4/09).

This recipe: http://www.thatsmyhome.com/mainstree...cheesecake.htm

is pretty damn good and uses a crust made out of crushed Ritz crackers
and butter.

I would think other crackers would make good savory cheesecake or pie
crusts too.

Ideas? What Foo cracker crust for Bar filling?
