Persoanlly, I'd just go with garlic butter...... and I certainly wouldn't
serve it up as a 'starter' for a BBQ!!!

The Black Angus Porterhouse is a *very* tender cut of meat.

Faaaar more tender than that gristly old trout of a "wife" you have, mate -
and that slab of Black Angus surely *smells* better than the auld cooze -
AND has less FLIES buzzing about it, too...!!!
