Alton Brown is great : he teaches theory and practice together
in a very entertaining manner, and you can put what you learned
to good use the next time you make a meal. The story of how he
got to where he is now is pretty interesting too.

But WHO IS "W" ? Is she his wife ? And what's his
thing with Sans-a-Belt, anyway ? I don't get it.

She's an actress named Vickie Eng (and also, oddly enough, a
chiropractor).

No. That's actress and chiropractor/new age healer (I kid you not)
Vickie Eng. His wife, Deanna is a producer or something like that.
That's not his real sister either.

Hey, the post was about Alton Brown of Good Eats.
R.F.C was the relevant newsgroup to use.

Besides, as near as I can tell, it was just plain
obsolete of me to care about cross-posting.
Everyone seems to think nothing is wrong with it.
