tomatomark.

What is tomatomark?

'Tomatenmark' can mean 'tomato paste' or 'tomato purée'.

Thanks for the help.

{since I can't post --> it's tomato paste and comes in tubes, usually a
little thicker than the American paste Stephanie}

{since I can't post --> it's tomato paste and comes in tubes, usually a

It is either double or triple concentrated, depending on brand.
If you can't get it, you cna take pureed tomatoes and simply reduce
them to 1/2-1/3 to simulate it.
