Is there a recipe for apple pancakes? Look like pancakes but actually apples.

puff pastry crust, topped by pastry cream then apples.

You can put chopped apples or apple sauce into regular pancake batter. There are
Dutch Apple Pancakes which are baked in a preheated cast iron pan. Then there are
apple fritters, apple rings which have been dipped in batter and deep fried.
