fish red snapper

hey peeps,

After advice for cooking red snapper, an alternative for my christmas
menu I want to put it with taco shells and a red cabbage coleslaw,
just (oven) cooked a taster with lemon and cracked b. pepper and it
tasted like shark steak, not much.
The coleslaw is still in the making so I may rely on the flavours with
this and just cook the fish in its juices and generous sea salt... any
past experiences with this fish are more than welcome.
cheers

I always use snapper for my fish tacos. You can grill it, sautee it or beer
batter it. It comes out great.
