Lunch for 20 people suggestions
 

Hi,

i have been asked to do a lunch for about 20 people.....main dish and
sides.....inexpensive.....and i am not creative in this dept.

Can you please share suggestions and recipes? (don't need dessert
suggestions)

That depends. Will you have a kitchen available? What about refrigeration?
There are tons of options, but it would help if you provided some
guidelines such as the availability of cooking equipment, your budget
range, type of cuisine you prefer, how much prep time you have, etc.

Um, can you specify if you want a particular cuisine?

My wife always satisfies the crowd with a Cuban favorite (Morros y
Cristianos,) Moors and Christians (black beans mixed with white rice,)
and two pork butts BBQ or slowly cooked in the oven. A salad, some fried
green and ripe plantains, and some flan (easy to make,) for dessert.
Lots of wine also : )

You need to explain your facilities first. Do you have refridgeration or
cooking facilities on-site? Or is this to be made elsewhere and brought to
another location?
