Need a new crockpot

Any suggestions ?

I have a 4.5 QT rival CP and want a new one.. programmable would be
awesome.. not much bigger (up to 5.5 I would guess, there's only 2 of us)

I'm not very happy with the one I have now.. the lid doesn't fit too good
and it's hot on the sides and stuff..

who's got a good one ?

The problem with this world is stupidity, now I'm not saying there should
be capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the
safety labels off everything and let the problem solve itself?

Kinda depends w/only the two of you. Do you want to make JUST a meal for 2
or do you want leftovers to freeze?

If there is a good one available these days, I haven't found it. Some
of the manufacturers are adding bells and whistles like digital readouts
and programmability, but the overall quality still stinks, imho. Wobbly
lids that don't keep the moisture in, generally cheesy construction,
poor heat retention, hard-to-clean crockery pots, etc.

But I keep looking. These things are so useful...

I have a Rival SmartPot 6 quart. It has push button timing 2-12 hours and
will automatically keep it hot for up to 2 hours more. It has a removable
pot that will go in the dishwasher. It cost me about $40 at BJ's.
